We get to DNF

Approach your efforts with curiosity.

A DNF isn’t failure, it’s a learning opportunity.

I got a DNF at Hood Hundred last July (hear about it on @adaptive_limits)
Stopping wasn’t weakness. It was responsible.

My brain was going offline due to damage from the bike accident and probably MS.

It was choosing long-term over choosing to feel like I failed.

And maybe I did, but you learn so much from failure. That’s where creativity lives. F

or those of us who have to be adaptive, failure teaches us so much. It reveals the things that require adaptation. We get to create.

So approach your efforts with curiosity.

We get to adapt. What needs to be modified so that next time I will be more successful?

Because I will succeed eventually.
