Adaptive Limits Podcast
Endurance looks different for all of us.
Adaptive Limits is a podcast about athletes who keep showing up.
Some of us live with chronic illness. Some of us are recovering from injury. Some of us are adapting to bodies that don’t always cooperate the way we wish they would. Some us hit the jackpot.
But we still move.
Hosted by me, Justine, and David, my bro — both of us endurance athletes — n this podcast we explore what it means to pursue sport while navigating real physical challenges.
We talk with runners, cyclists, triathletes, and everyday athletes who are finding creative ways to stay in motion.
Not because it’s easy. Because it matters.
What We Talk About
On Adaptive Limits, we explore:
• Living and training with chronic illness
• Returning to sport after injury or major health events
• The mindsets required to keep showing up
• The science of endurance and adaptation
• Stories from athletes redefining what strength looks like
This podcast isn’t about perfection or elite performance.
It’s about possibility.
Why We Made This
We also believe in the physical benefits of endurance athletics for chronic illness.
But. too often, people navigating illness or long-term physical challenges feel hesitant too self-conscious to start something new or to start over again.
Adaptive Limits exists to show that there are many ways to be an athlete.
And every story matters.
